Our Immigration Law Group is led by Glenn Matthews. Glen is licensed to practice in Canada and the United States, and so he can offer services directly, without the expensive and time-consuming need to engage agents, or to "go find the answer".

We operate on a team basis, using human resources and technology that allow for large-volume filings and application processing for large clients—again, at prices and with the expertise that means you wouldn't want to do it yourself.

Immigration issues often involve a lot of emotion. We know that, and so we keep our clients informed on the progress of their files on an ongoing basis as developments occur, so that people aren't left in the dark about what's going on.

We also deal with Canadian consulates throughout the world to assist clients in obtaining visas to enter the United States and Canada to live and work.

• filing a broad range of petitions and applications for non-immigrant and immigrant visas with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Immigration Canada.
• Acquisition of U.S. and Canadian visas, including permanent residence (green cards) in the U.S., as well as non-immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and P-1, among others.
• Our family-based immigration practice includes a broad range of services to assist U.S. citizens and permanent resident aliens in bringing their families together, including a full complement of non-immigrant and immigrant services.
