Our clients do a lot of business in the United States (did you know that Canada has more trade with Home Depot’s Atlanta Head Office than with the entire country of France?). Three of our lawyers are qualified to practice in US jurisdictions, and provide the backbone of our Cross-Border practice group. Peter Macrae Dillon, of the New York State Bar, provides cross-border business advice; Glenn Matthews, of the Illinois State Bar, provides Immigration/Emigration and Visa advice; and Dimitri Lascaris, of the New York State Bar, provides litigation and arbitration advice.
