JUST JUNK® franchisees offer junk removal services specializing in professional, efficient and environmentally responsible junk and rubbish removal to residential and commercial customers. They have at their disposal (that's an intentional pun!) proprietary software, brand development, training, marketing concepts and programs, customer service standards, equipment specifications, and operating procedures developed by the franchisor, including access to the Just Junk Customer Service Centre, a centralized telephone ordering system.

The Customer Service Centre is located in St. Catharines , Ontario , and handles all customer bookings for every customer. The Customer Service Centre oversees all appointment scheduling and dispatching, customer management, and performance reporting through the JUST JUNK® proprietary web-based “Just Junk Management Software”.

JUST JUNK® commenced business in St. Catharines in 2004, and commenced offering franchises in Canada in 2007, and in the US in 2008.
