Stacey graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts – Theatre.  She obtained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor in 1995 and spent 2 years teaching English to grade school students in Funabashi, Japan from 1995 to 1997.

Stacey was called to the Ontario bar in February 2002.  She practices in the areas of Business Law and Intellectual Property Law focussing primarily on small businesses and start-ups.  Stacey assists clients with incorporations, contract reviews, purchase and sales of businesses, trademark registration and protection and software licensing.

In her spare time Stacey enjoys golfing.
