Risk Assessment

We have developed a sample checklist to assist organizations in evaluating their existing privacy policies and procedures and identifying areas for further development.

We can assist with the development of a privacy policy that addresses an organization's approach to all of the principles of PIPEDA, specifically tailored to the nature and sensitivity of the personal information collected and used by the organization.

Education
