We have prepared dozens and dozens of disclosure documents for compliance with Ontario, Alberta, US Federal and State laws, and the laws of various foreign jurisdictions. We have extensive experience representing franchise companies in securing state franchise registrations, ranging from single state offerings to national and international franchise programs. These programs include single and multiple unit development agreements, area development agreements, master franchises and/or subfranchises. We also have experience with Federal Trade Commission and state enforcement proceedings.
